hurby app for iPhone and iPad

Hurby is the ideal solution for sending something easily and economically within your own city (currently only active in Haarlem). With the hurby app you can easily send from your own address to all your local friends, acquaintances, shops and others. We collect and deliver everything from residents in the evening and for the shops during daytime. Sending a package only costs € 1.99 (incl. VAT). We collect and deliver the packages with our sustainable electric hurbys.

How the hurby app works
- Install the app and choose a ‘home or shop account’
- Select "let’s hurby" and enter the address of the recipient
- Select the desired pick-up evening (at shops during the day)
- Indicate whether you want to use the "Localbox" (see explanation below)
- Confirm the order and pay with iDeal (shops by means of a monthly invoice)

With the promotion code "wehurby" you can send your first package for free.

Home account
We pick up and deliver the packages to residents between 7 pm and 9 pm in the evening. If you have registered your package at 18.59, we will collect it the same evening! The packages that we pick up that evening are delivered the following evening between 7 pm and 9 pm. You can follow the status of your packages in the app and as soon as we have delivered a package you will receive a push message on your phone.

Shop account
At shops we pick up and deliver the parcels during the day between 4 and 6 pm. If you have registered your package at 15.59 we will collect it the same day! The packages that we pick up during the day are delivered the same evening between 7 pm and 9 pm! You can follow the status of the packages in the app and share a shop account with several colleagues.

Localbox
When creating a shipment you can choose to use the "Localbox". This is a box of 58 x 39 x 29 cm (inside dimensions) that the delivery person will take with him and where you can easily place your items in. At the receiver the items go out again so you dont have to pack the shipment with all cardboard and tape, .. that saves again.
